Delivery Timelines: Total estimated delivery times vary based upon location and whether it's a rural delivery:
- Auckland: 2-5 business days
- Waikato, BOP, Wellington: 3-8 business days
- Other North Island locations: 4-12 business days
- Christchurch: 4-7 business days
- Other South Island locations: 4-12 business days
Do I need to be home for delivery? It's up to you! Our shipping company will contact you directly via SMS so that you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time. You can also grant them authority to leave your package somewhere safe.
Free Returns: Returns are free and easy! We invite you to try this in your bedroom, completely risk-free for 100 nights.
If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and even cover the return shipping too!
Please note: Unlike our mattresses, we request that furniture items be returned in their original packaging. So if you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!
Warranty: Our bedroom furniture is also covered by a 12-month warranty.

I eventually got it together, it does look good. A couple of problems though with assembly. The holes for the runners were not quite drilled out big enough for the screws, and we needed to redrill these otherwise you were unable to screw the screws in. The second thing was that the diagram indicates the runners should be flush with the side when screwed on. They need to be reset a few millimeters to allow the drawer to close, fortunately I had a retired builder assist who recognised this problem, I would still be puzzling over it? perhaps the instructions could do with an update. Otherwise I love it now that it is together.
