Dispatch Speed: Orders placed before 10am typically ship same-day from our Auckland warehouse. After that, your order will ship the next business day!
Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, delivery takes:
- North Island: 2-5 business days
- Christchurch and upper South Island: 4-7 business days
- Otago, Southland & West Coast: 6-10 business days
Rural addresses may add 1–2 business days.
Do I need to be home for delivery? It's up to you! Our shipping company will contact you directly via SMS so that you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time. You can also grant them authority to leave your package somewhere safe.
Free Returns: Returns are free and easy! We invite you to try this in your bedroom, completely risk-free for 100 nights.
If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and even cover the return shipping too!
Please note: Unlike our mattresses, we request that furniture items be returned in their original packaging. So if you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!
Warranty: Our bedroom furniture is also covered by a 12-month warranty.
