This is a solid wood bed frame made from poplar wood with ply slats. It is FSC certified and made from sustainably sourced materials. The frame can hold up to 600 KG and the slats sit only 6 cm apart from each other for reliable support of heavier mattresses.

The best part about this bed frame is how strong it is. I love the oak look plus heaps of room for under bed storage and zero sagging or creaking. Assembly took a wee bit longer than we expected, but worth it for a frame this sturdy and well-engineered

Due to my wife's incapacity and requiring a SaraSteady to shift her from her wheelchair to our bed and vice versa our normal bed base didn't have the required under base space..requiring approx 150 mm space the Raglan base is ideal with 230mm clearance and is most comfortable to sleep or rest on...A great choice and recommend to any potential buyers needing the ground clearance..also very simple to assemble!!

Firstly I realised I had ordered the wrong size but the flat pack team were able to sort that before it even shipped, so great friendly and efficient customer service!
The bed itself was relatively easy to put together, didn’t need the video, the 1 page instructions included were easy to follow. It’s totally solid and great to sleep on. Going to get another one for the other bedroom!

The Raglan Bed Frame is made from Poplar wood. It has a Poplar veneer finish & ply slats.
The Raglan Bed Frame takes approx 15 minutes to assemble!
Free standing headboards work great with the Raglan Bed Frame. Unfortunately there are no mounting points on the frame to attach a headboard to the frame itself.
There are 6cm gaps between each slat, they sit on top of a side rail which runs down each side of the bed frame.
Your Raglan Bed Frame will arrive with most of the tools required to assemble the bed frame. All you will need is a Phillips screwdriver.
Yes! All mattresses and frames are designed to fit each other. For example, any queen size mattress will fit any queen size bed frame (and likewise for each of the sizes we offer).
Yes! There is a centre support beam on all sizes of our Raglan Bed Frame aside from the single.
No you don’t need a drill. Assembly is quick and easy with the allen key provided. You’ll just need a Phillips screwdriver. But if you’re looking for a super speedy assembly, a drill will make it that much quicker!
Yes the Raglan Bed Frame can be disassembled easily. Simply reverse the instructions to disassemble the bed frame. This has been designed in a way to make moving as easy as possible.
No, our Raglan Bed Frame is made from hardwood and does not creak. It has been designed to eliminate any creaking, squeaking or rattling, even after years of use.
