Dispatch Speed: Orders are dispatched immediately (either same or next business day) from our Auckland warehouse. We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Do I need to be home for delivery? It's up to you! Our freight carrier will contact you directly via SMS so that you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time. You can also grant them authority to leave your package somewhere safe.

Please note: Unlike our mattresses, we request that bed frames be returned in their original packaging. So if you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!

The Piha bed frame was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. A bonus is the soft padded covering that also looks good. Very happy with it.

This bedframe was so much more sensibly designed than our previous one that We purchased from a big furniture chain store ( and less money). the grey fabric looks great and no, it does not squeak. We appreciate that thought that has gone into the construction design.

This frame is made from Ply Wood and Ply slats. It is finished with a light Beige coloured fabric.
The Piha Bed Frame takes approx 20 minutes to assemble!
There are 6cm gaps between each slat, they clip on to the top of a side rail which runs down each side of the bed frame.
Yes! All mattresses and frames are designed to fit each other. For example, any queen size mattress will fit any queen size bed frame (and likewise for each of the sizes we offer).
Yes! There is a centre support beam on all sizes of our Piha Bed Frame.
Your Piha Bed Frame will arrive with all of the tools required to assemble the bed frame!
Yes the Piha Bed Frame can be disassembled easily. Simply reverse the instructions to disassemble the bed frame. This has been designed in a way to make moving as easy as possible.
The headboard can not be detached. The headboard makes up a key part of the Bed Frames structure.
No, our Raglan Bed Frame is made from ply and does not creak. It has been designed to eliminate any creaking, squeaking or rattling, even after years of use.
