Do I need to be home for delivery? It's up to you! Our freight carrier will contact you directly via SMS so that you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time. You can also grant them authority to leave your package somewhere safe.
Free Returns: Returns are free and easy! We invite you to try the Piha bed frame in your bedroom, completely risk-free for 100 nights.
If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and even cover the return shipping too!
Please note: Unlike our mattresses, we request that bed frames be returned in their original packaging. So if you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!

We bought this bed frame with the Tasman mattress and are super happy. He loves it. And is sleeping so well. The mattress is really comfortable. I had some questions and the customer service team were great. The delivery also arrived within 2 days of ordering.

Bought this bed for my 2 year old and she loves it! It’s relatively low to the ground so good for toddlers transitioning out of a cot. The headboard is a nice height too - low enough to sit under windows. So I can rearrange the room easily in future if we need. It’s comfy and looks great.

This frame is made from Ply Wood and Ply slats. It is finished with a light Beige coloured fabric.
The Piha Bed Frame takes approx 20 minutes to assemble!
There are 6cm gaps between each slat, they clip on to the top of a side rail which runs down each side of the bed frame.
Yes! All mattresses and frames are designed to fit each other. For example, any queen size mattress will fit any queen size bed frame (and likewise for each of the sizes we offer).
Yes! There is a centre support beam on all sizes of our Piha Bed Frame.
Your Piha Bed Frame will arrive with all of the tools required to assemble the bed frame!
Yes the Piha Bed Frame can be disassembled easily. Simply reverse the instructions to disassemble the bed frame. This has been designed in a way to make moving as easy as possible.
The headboard can not be detached. The headboard makes up a key part of the Bed Frames structure.
No, our Raglan Bed Frame is made from ply and does not creak. It has been designed to eliminate any creaking, squeaking or rattling, even after years of use.
