Free Shipping: We offer both free delivery and free returns on all orders nationwide (yes, even rural addresses!)

Dispatch Speed: Orders are dispatched immediately (either same or next business day) from our Auckland warehouse.

Delivery Timelines: Total estimated delivery times vary based upon location and whether it's a rural delivery:

  • Auckland: 2-5 business days
  • Waikato, BOP, Wellington: 3-8 business days
  • Other North Island locations:  4-12 business days
  • Christchurch: 4-7 business days
  • Other South Island locations: 4-12 business days

Do I need to be home for delivery? It's up to you! Our shipping company will contact you directly via SMS so that you can arrange your preferred delivery date and time. You can also grant them authority to leave your package somewhere safe.

Free Returns: Returns are free and easy! We invite you to try this in your bedroom, completely risk-free for 100 nights.

If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and even cover the return shipping too!

Please note: Unlike our mattresses, we request that furniture items be returned in their original packaging. So if you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!

Warranty: Our bedroom furniture is also covered by a 12-month warranty.

    Happy with my Ulu Bedside Tables

    So happy with the 2 Ulu Bedside Tables I purchased for our guest accommodation. They look gorgeous, are good quality and sturdy. I especially liked the clarity of the assembly instructions which is not always the case with kitsets like this. Look forward to seeing what other products The Flatpack Co introduce in the future.
