Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Total estimated delivery times vary based upon location and whether it's a rural delivery:

- Other North Island locations: 4-12 business days
- Christchurch: 4-7 business days
- Other South Island locations: 4-12 business days

Prompt delivery. Easy to assemble and quite sturdy. However the photo on the website of the Ulu was a bit deceptive altho’ the dimensions were all correct. I have attached a photo of the Ulu beside my taller bed. It looks quite different. Buyer beware.
