The No String Attached Trial is just that… Once you have purchased a Flat Pack Mattress you can consider those first 100 nights a trial period. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new Flat Pack Mattress within 100 nights of sleeping, you’re entitled to a full refund.
The FlatPack Co.’s mission is to keep as many mattresses out of landfills as possible. So we’ve skipped the ‘skip’ all together. Our no waste refund works in conjunction with Local Charity Partners, meaning that if things don’t work out between us, your mattress will get donated and re-homed to a family in need.
Once your mattress has been collected, your full refund will be processed.
There are only a few conditions to be eligible for a refund. We know adjustment periods can be a little strange, so before deciding, you must have had a minimum of 14 nights of sleep on your FlatPack mattress. Our research shows it can take up to two weeks for the body to adjust to a new mattress. We’re not looking to end a good thing before we’ve had time to settle in.
If it has been over 14 days of sharing a bed with us and it’s still not quite right, make sure you contact us within 100 nights of initial purchase to initiate a return.
Any mattresses with mould, dirt, stains, smells or bed bug infestations will not be eligible for a return or a replacement. Please also note that only one mattress per customer can be claimed under the 100 Night Sleep Trial.
Your 100 Nights Sleep Trial begins once your Flat Pack Mattress has been delivered.
This usually takes 2 - 3 days for Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Tauranga, Hamilton and Dunedin and upto 7 days for the rest of Aotearoa from when your FlatPack bed or mattress is ordered.
Our return process is simple. If you're not all in with your Flat Pack Mattress, drop us an email and we can arrange for your bed to be collected by a local charity partner for a family in need. Once the mattress has been collected, a full refund will be issued.
No stress if you’ve ditched the box! If a return is required, our charity partners can pick up the bed at full size, so long as it’s free from any mould, dirt, stains, smells or bed bug infestations…
The FlatPack Co. works hard to keep any mattresses from ending up in the landfill. Your returned mattress will be donated and re-homed to a family in need through one of our local charity programs.
Yes! All of the Flat pack mattresses come with a 100 Night Trial. So you can rest easy, knowing you’ll get a good chance to get to know us before deciding we’re the one!
