If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 nights of sleeping on your new FlatPack bed, you’re entitled to a refund. Our returns process is offered in conjunction with our charity partners. Once your bed has been collected by one of our charity partners (or an approved alternative charity), your refund will be processed.
To be eligible for a return, you must have been sleeping on your FlatPack bed for a minimum of 7 nights. It can take a week or two for your body to adjust to any mattress. If you are not completely satisfied after this trial period, contact us within 30 nights of purchase to initiate a return.
Any bed that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are no longer eligible for a bed return nor replacement.

What Is The Return Process?
If for any reason you are not happy with your FlatPack bed, just email us to let us know and we will arrange to have the bed collected by a charity partner to be donated to families in need. Once the mattress has been collected you will be issued with a full refund.
Do I Need To Keep The Box?
There is no need to keep the box or packaging, if a return is required the charity will collect the bed at full size as long as it is in clean condition with no rips, tears or stains.
What Happens To My Returned Products?
We will arrange to have the bed collected by one of our charity partners to help families in need.
