100 Night Sleep Trial
We offer a 100 night sleep trial on ALL of our products, so you can confidently trial them in your bedroom, risk-free. If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund.
Mattresses: It can take up to 2 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, so we request that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 14 days If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and donate the mattress to charity.
Bedframes, Drawers & Bedside Tables: If you don't love it, we’ll give you a full refund and even cover the return shipping. We request that this product be returned in it's original, undamaged condition and packaging. If you are considering a change-of-mind return, please just hold onto that!
Student Beds: Please note that our student bed range is excluded from our 100 Night Sleep Trial. However each of our student beds include a "love your bed guarantee". To find out more, head to our student website!
Warranty
Your purchase is also covered by a warranty against any defects: 5 years for mattresses, 1 year for furniture.
