‘No Questions Asked’
We understand students situations can change for many reasons therefore we’re happy to provide refunds to students for almost any reason (no questions asked). See examples below;
- If you sign a furnished flat and don’t require the bed anymore
- If your situation changes and you don’t end up flatting in 2022
- If the bed doesn’t physically fit in your room
- If we did not meet your expectations around the bed. Note: One of our team members will come and pick up the bed in this case
