Shop Student Beds Refund Policy

 

A 100% refund will be given for any of the following reasons;

1) If the customer signs a furnished flat

2) If the bed does not physically fit in a customers room

3) If we did not meet the customers expectations. Note that under this policy, the bed will be picked up by one of our team members and the good will then become The FlatPack Co.'s property. This claim can only be made up to 21 days after delivery has been made.

4) If the customers situation changes and they no longer require a bed or bedroom furniture

 

Other than what is stated above, the following applies;

Payments & Refunds: All payments are to be made in NZD. Modifications to the Service and Fees of The FlatPack Company reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice. The FlatPack Co. reserves the right to change our fees upon 30 days notice from us. Fee change notices may be posted to the service or on The FlatPack Companies website.

Cancellation and Termination: The FlatPack Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. The FlatPack Company owns the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the product and service, including but not limited to the name of the product and service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the product or service which The FlatPack Company owns.

 

 

Shop Regular Refund Policy

A customer is eligible to refund their mattress within 30 days of ordering it. To be eligible for a return, the customer must have been sleeping on their FlatPack mattress for a minimum of 7 nights.

Customers also have 28 days to return other products if they're not satisfied with their purchase. These products must be sent back in their original package, undamaged.
